Took back my contract from my tenant that has already paid a radio fee last year. My debit order date is the 20th but i was debited on the 5th of June 2020. While talking to agent and I’m being told that i will still have to pay the Radio Fee and that I-cassa needs their money so how is that my problem. English meaning of Annual occurring once every year. The radio fee is an annual fee meaning every 12months but i paid the fee for the whole 12months and i wasn’t with ADT for 12months and the same money must be paid Why dont you guys charge Pro-rata instead of reaping people off, as for debiting me on whatever date who was consulted as my agreed date is the 20th of each month i need to know how i can get out of this contract
