I would like to submit the below Customer's complaint in seek of help: Kindly assist me with the claim i made towards Fidelity Money Transit company, they do not want to pay me for the damage that their deceased driver caused on my car, he hit my car this year first semester when we were both leaving the Petrol Station at near Wonder boom Pretoria North, I was on the left he was on the right so i kept on hooting for him as he was coming closer and closer to my car, he did not respond nor look my direction as he was only looking on the cars coming from his Right Hand Side, I kept on hooting until he finally hit my RHS Fender and damaged my Mac Rim irreparably.. He opened the case at the Police station and also gave me his contacts, Licence, company's contacts but still they are duck and diving when they must pay me for the damaged caused.
