I was with UandS alarms then they closed, and they just moved us over to National security

I was with UandS alarms then they closed, and they just moved us over to National security. From there they moved us over to Adt alarms without ask me if I want to join them. I was with them for about 3 months, then my alarm didn't work. When I phone them, they said my alarm is broken, and I must pay an X amount to fix it. I told them it is a new alarm and it's in for about 6 months now. Then I said I want to cancel from them. They send me the email address where I must request for cancelation. I send it three different times I now they handed me over to debt collectors because I own them money.
