I want out Adt

So I signed up a contract with ADT Fidelity in this year. to my knowledge it was a month to month. anyways. we got to a point where we said nope they are useless we changing them. to my Suprice nope I was attached to a 24 montha contract. puchased the alarm from them paid cash on it. I was told nope you are renting it. so I sent all the details to them. and no one has come back to me to say what's going on. were is this going or what so ever the only time I get a responds is if I send an email and after that I have to go and ask whats going on. its been a month now and each time I tell them I own the alarm they skip that part and they talk about other things I have no idea about. I'm tired and I want out. oh lets not talk about your responds one the security guys told our helper he got lost responding to our alarm.
