I want my money bac****!
ADT has doubled deducted money on my account, I have called the call centre and I have received no joy... I want my money back.

27 Dec 2018, 16:29Well, I received a call from a guy and he told me that my account was in arrears and I explained to him that I have no outstanding with ADT. I He then sent a statement and the statement shows that ADT would try deduct money on my account on the 10th of every month and that was NOT the agreement. What's shocking is that again on the 25th ADT would debit again in my account. I DON'T OWE ADT ANY MONEY!!! PLEASE REVERSE MY MONEY BACK.

01 Jan 2019, 13:14Still no feedback, just called the office at 13:09 and advised that the accounts department is closed. Received a missed call and returned the call twice in a period of a minute and advised the account dep is closed. WOW ....
