I REGRET - NEVER INSTALL FIDELITY SA ITS A ****

I regret installing Fidelity ADT alarm system in my house. The past 5 months have been a nightmare. Alarm will go off anytime of the day and night without being triggered. We can’t sleep peacefully at night or even work freely during the day. I told them several times. Finally a technician came and changed the censor in study room claiming the fault might have veen caused by lightning. It was ok for 2 hours then started again. Everyday when armed it triggers around 09pm and 3:00am, we can't sleep at all, we feel they making money how can I pay R287 for their faulty contact sensors, each time they come to check the triggered alarm i must pay. Why do we have the alarm ? To enrich ADT? I regret truly can you remove this thing I will find a dog instead. Now all main entrance doors are triggered wḥy? We can't sleep. It feels like they maneuvering this thing to charge us . Am crying.
