i need help please

hi guys im micheal makuwa from germiston province gauteng,in 2017 august i decide to buy a car and i was looking for it until i enter in one of garage or sales garage in albarton than i saw a bmw 320i but the sales man told me that they dont sale the car but the owner sel it privetly so they gave me his contact and the man came over after i called him n he told me that he can sale it for me or he charge it 60,000 nagotiateble i get down untill 55,000 but after all we went to bank to tranfer the money and bank told us the money will appear after 3days than the guy started to tel me that he will keep the paper until the money appears,but after 3 days the guy started to ignor my calls up until to day please i need help
