I need assistance .

I have the most pathetic experience ever. I've been unemployed a few months ago and had fallen backwards with payments. I have tried to negotiate a payment plan with the collections department. Unfortunately they are not being understanding and negotiating with the the amount I'm attempting to pay every month dispiate being unemployed. I have been bul**** and harassed I feel highly uncomfortable and over pressurized with the stress I'm given by ADT. I am prepared to pay what I can however ADT demands the full payments upfront .Along with the most rude agent dealing with me she even threatening me to get me moved out my property which I'm renting.
