I just want to be rid of ADT!!!

My home was burgled in Jan,the alarm went off and ADT took 12 mins to get there,in which my home was cleaned out.anyway long story short, we requested to cancel we were told there is a one month notice period which should have ended today,i call this morning,i spoke with Monique who sed Alfreda is dealing with it and she will call be back, i called again i spoke to Lucielle who has the worst blady manners ever. im still waiting for some sort of feedback, Jeez, i just want to be rid of ADT they a menace and i am not the only one that feels this way!!<br>
