I have been overcharged by 50% for years

I have been with ADT for the last plus minus 13 years. I phoned them today and asked them how much it was for there services for a new client and they told me R427 I have been charged every month 598.00 a month. I asked them why and they said because over the years there have been increases. <br> <br> In other words for loyalty you get charged 50% more than new clients. They are willing to reduce my fees now to R470 a month still more than a new client. It makes no sense. <br> <br> I am going to make enquiries about another armed response company.
