I hate this company they have dragged my name into something else bad

Good Day I have a problem with Fidelity car tracking system everytime they are not deducting the installment then few months late they will come back with arreas and last month they listed me to credit bureau because of their fault and I paid R1773 on the 14 of may 2022 for that they said they will remove my name from credit bureau but when I check on clearly score still showing my name on credit bureau Their service is very poor and the don't care about the customer will never refer any one to them this is the worse ********** company.
