I HATE ADT ..

Firstly I would like to advising anyone that is looking for a security company NOT TO USE ADT!!.We have closed account in Dec 2015,a week ago we have received a LETTER OF DEMAND (from NBA) stating that we owe ADT an amount of R2537.57.Since this account has been closed no contact has been made with us about this amount or letter from ADT advising us that we owe them an amount.This is unacceptable.I called the call center on the 18.03.2018 about my query and request matter to be investigate as I call in Oct 2015 to request to cancel account and nobody advised that there is still amount outstanding or the we need to settle .For 3 years nobody contacted my husband about the account and we had received a letter from debt collection company ,we request urgent feedback on this matter and also call to be pulled that was made in 2015 requesting cancellation and we were not advised.We are not willing to pay this amount and we would like our names to be removed from ITC as this has a negative effect on our scoring .This matter needs to be looked into by the head of collections or director of the company.I HATE ADT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
