I had the worst service from ADT security.

ADT service when i was with them was very poor. I cancelled my agreement with them in Jan 2023. Followed the process they told me too. Just to come find out they received it but no one actioned it they debited me for Jan and Feb which they said will happen. They debited me again in March and now that i want my money back i have to wait another 7 - 14 Days. The inconvenience caused just shows me that they dont care about their customers. I called they call centre and someone put me on hold for more than 10 minutes without giving regular feedback of what their are doing. I would never recommend this ADT security to anyone.
