I got ADT in December 2017 it only functioned for 2 weeks

I called ADT soon after it was not working. I was told the technician will come, I waited till end of December no one came. Then beginning of January I called I needed to talk to the senior official I was told it can't be done only call center, then on the 8th a lady called and told me the technician was available I then chose Saturday 20 th she said fine the technician will come. I waited the whole day on Saturday no one came and no one called. On Monday I called ADT the call center told that the people responsible are not answering their phone, I requested to talk to the ceo, it was not accepted. They told me someone will call me till today I am waiting. Mind you they still take their money from my account but they have not delivered for 2 months they enjoying my money but I am stI'll waiting for them and I can't speak to the decision makers.
