I don't receive feedback calls
Alarm activated today. I was called at 13:42. I told the lady to send the patrol car to property and call me back. I am still waiting for feedback. This has not happened once, twice. Its been happening on many occasions whereby I am told that I will be called back and nobody call me back!!!.
