I am extremely dissatisfied with ADT Security (West Coast)

I am extremely dissatisfied with ADT Security (West Coast). A manager recommended and installed a beam system that caused continuous false alarms and repeated call-outs at my cost. I later found beams not triggering; a technician confirmed incorrect placement. One beam still triggers despite replacement. Requests for solutions were met with excuses (cats, birds, sun) and no escalation. An area consultant admitted this is not a system she would have installed, yet no alternative was proposed. My request for AI cameras has been ignored for weeks. There is also no solution to contact me when abroad. I am now facing excessive call-out charges and told I must pay cancellation fees. Given the system is not fit for purpose, this is unreasonable. I request: a proper solution or cancellation without penalty, plus reversal of call-out charges.
