I am about to loose my mind

I sent an email to ADT in march this year to change my address details from no 187 Magaliesburg Street Elspark Ext 4 to no 5 Parnell Lambton Gardens, Michelle or whatever her name is was assigned as my sales lady, after installation which was not up to standard, Michelle sent me and sms asking for my banking details, which I responded to her that I am not a new customer of ADT but an existing one so I do not understand why she needs my banking details, I sent her the banking details only to be debited twice one on my account BNAN something and on my husband's account, which according to Michelle she left no 187 Magaliesburg street on my name and loaded 5 Parnell on my husband's name, which I then reversed one which was unfortunately MR00036, when I requested a statement from Nthatisi she sent me two different statements which were confussed I then came to hello peter to resolve the matter which I was told that it was resolved to my surprise I am getting an sms today saying my account is overdue, really now.
