HOW CAN I EXPECT PROTECTION AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE

I've send an e-mail requesting a quotation on 08 Jan 2015 which was read on 09 Jan 2015 - no response. I again send an e-mail with same request on 13 Jan 2015 which was read on 19 Jan 2015 - again no response. Ronald Vuyk called me on 20 Jan 2015 and explained he was on leave and the admin had access to his e-mail - apparently they did not care to respond (my opinion).<br> <br> I explained to them that my neighbour was ******ed on the night of 05 Jan, I am a single mother, I am frightened and I need an urgent quotation. We've then arranged telephonically for an appointment at my house during the next day, 21 Jan. I've told him that I live in Hartbee****rt and work in Brits, therefor I won't be home but I will arrange with my domestic worker to stay at home THE WHOLE DAY waiting for him to come and do the quotation. <br> The result:<br> WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR HIM TO PITCH - NO PHONE CALLS - NO EXCUSE - NO EXPLANATION!!!!!<br> <br> In the times we are living in we need a reliable security firm! How can I (as a single mother) even rely on ADT for protection on a daily basis if they can't even pitch for an appointment for a quotation?????<br> <br> I think this is unacceptable!!
