How are you even still in business

I moved into a new house September 2014,I contacted ADT for their service and the first consultant who was supposed to come througH never did,then fast forward to Nov/Dec I get another consultant,I sign up, then I wait for her to confirm the technician to come set up,I got irritated and told her not to bother processing the account as I am no longer interested,she send a message that she will call me back,never did(not surprised)<br> Come April 2015 my account has now been debited,for what I ask,I have been calling ever since and I am being told Mary is handling it,how long does it take to process a refund?<br> This is pathetic service,I wonder how is this company even still in business,everytime I am being told Mary will call me,I am still waiting,at this point I am not interested in what Mary has to say,I want my money back in my account,with the debit fee.<br> When you google ADt or Mary all you get is complaints of poor service.<br> I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
