How a company fails it's service mandate

So for sometime, I have being bringing to your attention, the matter of negligence I experienced from ADT & Fidelity Security as a collective.

The promises have been lies, the commitment to assist false, the effort by Senior and Middle Management no existent.

So I urge you to look else where when employing or contracting ADT, they have no interest in being professional nor take township for their own negligence.

So you have been advised, but you make your own.choices. ADT is negligent to the tune of a minimum of R9450, but will.not pay out because the directors have no ethical backbone.

Neither dies their management team. Just be advised everyone as I now need to employ an attorney, but a good investment because a company like this must take responsibility.

May the law be with us.....

So following on.directly from the dynamics and challenges with the combined ADT/Fidelity Security being raised here as providing questionable ethics, I thought perhaps, as it now appears that the directors and management have decided I am claiming against the company for gain and indicate I have claimed for items that are not mine, so in retrospect, I am directly being caused of *****, whilst it has not been said, it has become amusing that after providing more documentation than needed to assist ADT with their investigation, that they are now deciding to distort the truth. Be careful, this is to anyone out there, it appears again that the company protects their negligence against claims, I mean a security company would.never make a mistake. It appears the company feels as if I am challenging their inability to act efficiently, after all, if you covering you tracks, you will want to blame the.people.claiming against you.....this company is sadly rather dishonest...I am.looking forward to disclosing all my documentation as advised by my lawyer....but ADT, it is time to take responsibility for your lack of commitment to acknowledging your errors.
