House breakin

Good Morning <br> I have a serious concerns regarding ADT service more especially the Technical unit. Immediately after the installation of the beams as at 07 March 2015.I experienced a mysterious house break-in event on 18 March 2015, with the HOUSE FULLY ARMED. No alert/communication from ADT was sent to me to alert me of this crime.<br> I than called ADT as matter of agency, police were also on scene. ADT manager by the name of (Jorome) and the technician (Jabu) who installed this major upgrade three days prior to incident where called in to investigate this matter. Only to find out that the beams installed were all empty inside, it was just a cover. How mysterious??. When questioning Technician he could not explain this matter also. Till this day I have been taken from pillar to post. ADT cannot answer to any of my questions. The excuse used is that the managers laptop ( Jorome ) is not portable to my house system \WHICH HAPPENS TO BE THE LATEST".<br> So meaning not even managers have an advance system to work on ??. OR is it a trick answer to excuse themselves. Can ADT come uninstall theirs beams at my premises and refund me my money. So can can part ways and find safe security company"""
