Horrible service /not communicating .

Good day Worse service ever .(Been with them for over years )

I was just informed that i have been handed over by ADT .After they've been debiting my account religiously every month . I tried calling then with no joy ,no emails nothing just list someone for fun after debiting religiously monthly. Every time we phone them, they cannot hear our lines are bad, but when they debit our account my line is not bad . So sad that a contract has to come to an end due to greediness and not communicating properly .Maybe they just have too many clients these days and making too much money .
