Horrible service

I have received poor service from ADT. Our alarm went off while we were away, they claimed to have dispatched security officers to the house yet they did not. Our alarm went off while we were at home, when ADT called I said Noone was home they should dispatch security personnel to attend to the house. After 30mins, and no sign of any ADT security, I called back and asked for a report back. The call center agent I spoke to claimed that security officers were dispatched and all was clear. Which was a blatant lie. I confronted him about it, he said he would investigate the matter and get back to me, which he obviously hasn't done!

Definitely canceling this service!!!
