Horrible service and empty promises

Recently upgraded my current ADT system. Was struggle to first get technician to install system and then after install everything did not work. Saleman promised no additional costs to upgrade and then got informed but I had to pay additional costs for wiring. Paid ADT on 4 Aug and since then I have emailed, sent sms and phoned and the system is still not fully functional.
