Horrible response time.

I have reported my concern's with ADT on this platform, called your offices and told the patrollers regarding ADT response time and it seems that they couldn't care.

Each time our alarm goes off, they call 10 minutes later or not call at all, and the response car would come 30 minutes later on never show up

Every month get a statement that is incorrect, I call and ask that they update it, they tell me they have updated, and month end they send the very same incorrect statement.

The technician was recently at our home to check the system, as they recommended we paid for that and nothing has change, still same old **** service.

I am totally fed-up with the level of services ADT is providing, If you are not able to meet basic expectations of the current clients, maybe you should stop advertising.

Sometimes you tend to forget that you have competitors who are doing very well servicing some of the clients you lost.
