Horrible Customer service and no armed response which could leave you helpless in a dangerous situation

The worse service provider ever! On 3 occasions there were NO response. I try to cancel and they threaten me with a cancellation fee which is ridiculous considering that there was NO SERVICE DELIVERY - I shall be taking this up with my lawyers as the Customer service is horrible! They hardly reply to emails and when they do it's a few days after which is unacceptable. I am still waiting for a response to an email sent 2 weeks ago and when you call someone is always getting back to me and they never do!
