Disgusting customer service. I have been a customer for years, in last couple of years their service has gone from bad to unacceptable. I reported a faulty alarm system, still no response after 3 days. Called in again to be told that nothing is logged on their system. 3 days with no security wasted, then was told a technician can only come in 5 days time. PLUS their call out is R695!!! Also they only respond to an alarm every 4 or so times. They obviously are too big and don't have the staff or systems to back it up. I will be changing my service provider.
