HOME BROKEN INTO

I received a call from ADT stating that my alarm at home went off. I rep**** and said that they should go out and check as I wasn't at home at that stage. When I returned home +/- an hour after ADT called my gate was open and derailed, and my front door and security gate was broken open. Someone broke into my house and stole my tv, jewelry, etc. There were no armed response vehicles in sight. When I phoned ADT they told me that they did not come out when my alarm went off, because they were to busy!!! Now, not even a month later my alarm went off again, they phoned, and I instructed them to go and check it out. After 25 minutes I phoned to ask if they went out to my house, their response was NO they are a bit busy. I am very discussed with their service at the moment. I will not refer anyone to use ADT security service as they are too BUSY to deliver the service that you are paying them to do!!!!
