Highly concerned customer
I've contacted Adt on Thursday and had a meeting with a sales consultant as on the time requested, she was very polite and did a good job, but today I'm confused and highly concerned I signed the contract 6days ago and I still have no radio connection done to my existing alarm system. Was this a ****? Called the sales consultant yesterday she said she would contact the technical team but still nothing? Please contact me I need this to be resolved by tomorrow.
