HIDE & SEEK WITH ADT

Am very disappointed with ADT service. We moved into our new house in Randpark Ridge and up to now ADT haven't linked us up despite our numerous efforts. An appointment was set up for the 23rd Sep and no one pitched up. It's been a week now and my house is still not covered whereas I was of the opinion that ADT is driven by the passion to protect South African residents asap! Only yesterday a Sales lady rocked up and promised to give us feedback today but she has since gone AWOL and her whereabouts now remain a mystery. For how long is this fiasco going to take while we are exposed to the sickening crime rate of South Africa? Please ADT do the needful!!!
