Help!!!!!!

My mother is trying to pay her ADT invoice. Downloaded Strata reader - entered ID no. Says Unable to decode doc. User authentication details incorrect. She has emailed ADT three times asking for advice and receives the same instructions again and again. She has called no help! ¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
