Hard to cancel!

<p>I was a member of ADT for more than 12 years, and they delivered good ground services but when I tried to cancel the services it is a nightmare to say the least. After 3 requests, and 3 months later ADT still has not handled the cancellation request. I submitted a written cancellation request on 6 May 2016, by the 16th May I received a call to inform me that the cancellation was successful and I don't need to pay furhter services fees. However, I received a sms on 6 June and 9 July to inform me that they didn't receive my payment. Everytime I contacted them again and forward all the communications month after month. On 1 Aug a deduction was made by them on my bank account without my permission. Again, I contacted them but it is only promises and more promises to cancel the services, the contract and to pay my money back. Beware, it is very hard to cancel the contract even after 12 years membership.</p>
