Harassed by Boom gate guards

Harassment at boom gates in Gallo Manor

I had a harrowing experience with two security guards at Hampton Ct Road today.

I have used this boom gate for many months without an incident. today the guards stopped me with my three kids in the car and demanded to know where I was going. Their mannerisms were brusque and almost mocking. I told them I was going down towards the park, but they kept asking for an address. When I said i didn't know it but the park was up ahead, the started accusing me of lying.

Seriously now!!!! What good is lying going to do??? And since when did adt start needing to know my whereabouts. I asked for their names to identify who was who and although the names were displayed, they **** giving me fictitious names and laughing while speaking in African vernacular. The names on the board were Frederick Mdlalose and Eric Gwayana.

I am a new resident in Gallo Manor, they want a card as proof from me!!! What card do I need to use a public road???

Im so annoyed, what threat does a lady with three kids, driving a luxury vehicle in the middle of the day have on the residents in the boom?? But just prior to this a taxi fully loaded with passengers were ushered through.....

I have ADT boom gates right next to my home, and this is just the next boom gates, but our guards are pleasant and never give people the third degree. I would like someone from DT to please look into this situation.
