Hangs up on customers

Phoned adt head office and asked if i could speak to a regional manager at head office as the service i have received thus far was absolutely astonishingly poor i have two businesses covered by this company the only thing they care about is having you signed up and debit your account after sales service is beyond poor when i contacted head office they refused to let me deal with a regional manager when i got impatient with bella the phone was dropped in my ear <br> <br> I will definitely look for some other security company one who can take accountability as THIS ISSUE STEMS FROM THE TOP AS IT IS APPARENT IN THEIR STAFF BEAVIOUR AND ATTITUDE <br> <br> REGARDS <br> <br> JONATHAN
