Handed over wromg person

<p>I am still struggling to understand how I was handed over for my brothers account, I have called ADT and still they see its not my accout yet the ****** creditors are still calling me for an account that is not mine. Is the incompetence really this high level that you guys can't do admin or is it a desperation issue, money problems maybe?</p>
