HANDED OVER FOR NON EXISTENT DEBT

In 2015 we had our alarm transferred from Witbank to Benoni, the Agent decided to open a new account instead of placing it on the original, now we are being handed over for the original account (WHICH WAS TRANSFERRED), the alarm has been cancelled in the beginning of 2017 after the 2 years had been concluded. I have been harassed by Creditworx the collection agency and tried numerous time to have to sorted out by ADT but nothing seems to be getting done about it. I am sick and tired of wasting my time and energy on USELESS people that don't do their work correctly.
