Guard ticking the box

My daughter pressed the panic button on the second of March as she heard sounds coming from outside. I was unfortunately not home at the time.

to my disbelieve, at the gate when I arrived later the same evening. Under 'remarks' the slip, it said ' no access, which I highly fail to comprehend. i gave permission to ADT to jump the gate should there be a need and this clearly didn't happen.

Ive thus far had awesome service from ADT, I'm extremely disappointed with what occurred this pas weekend. My family could have been in actual danger and the guard not doing anything to assist.
