Grossly overcharged for armed response

I am currently paying R675 per month for armed response, while the going rate for the Horison area is R319 per month, on a 10 year old alarm system. This system has recently failed me and my house was broken into.<br> <br> I have tried to replace the alarm system but this is just impossible if you have an excisting system. I have spoken to Xolisile Khumalo who reluctantly brought down the monthly rate to R474 per month as from June, but I am still being OVERCHARGED! <br> <br> I have sent various e-mails and have also lodged a complaint on the website but with ABSOLUTELY NO response.<br> <br> What is my next step, PSIRA ?
