Great Attitude and Service

My mom misbalanced and fell down a flight of stairs hitting her head on the tiled floor. She was bleeding profusely. In all the panic i managed to press the emergency ADT button. Within a few seconds the phone rang and a lady from ADT spoke to me calming me and asked precise questions. Within a few minutes an ADT person was at my home helping me. ADT also had an ambulance dispatched to my home and regularly phone them as they were delayed [morning traffic].<br> After helping me the ADT guy went to the road to guide the ambulance to my home. In the mean time an ADT medical doctor was on the line giving me medical support and emergency treatment.The ambulance arrived and she was taken to hospital. The doctor also phone the next day to inquire about her condition. She is fine now.<br> Im really pleased Im with ADT and compliment them on the excellent service i received when i needed it the most. Thank you ADT. I did not get the name of the helpful security gentleman but thank you Sir.
