Going the Extra Mile

At approximately 12:30 on Saturday evening, 3rd October, we were woken up by the security guard of ADT, while he was patrolling the street and notifying us that the one garage door was wide open, exposing the parked cars and all goods within the garage. (The garage door has direct entrance from the street.) It was only then that I realized that the security guard was doing his utmost best to contact us but that the cell phones were not where they should be and we were not answering calls from ADT.<br> Although it could be argued that the specific person was only doing his routine duty, but it surly is an extra mile that took to stop doing patrolling to notify us and even checked with us if everything was still in order. Now, that's a great attitude and that's real service to the client. Our sincerest gratitude to ADT and this particular security guard. I wish I had the presence of mind to ask him his name!
