GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!!!

What happened to integrity? On 31 January 2024 on if the ADT drivers bumped into my husband. He acknowledged that it was his fault. They went to the police station made and made a case. My husband was asked to get quote to fix the vehicle, get affidavits from the passengers in the car with him etc etc. The assessor came out to view the car. To date, 7 months later – nothing!!! If we do not call them they also don’t call us. We have spent thousands of rands on calls. Denise, Odette, Tshwarelo and the list goes on, each one saying they already did what they had to and we need to speak to someone else. The battery of the car had to be replaced. The tires need to be replaced because the car has been standing so long. Now, they want to give us a portion of the cheapest quotation! WHAT THE HELL! Then why did you bother asking us to get quotations, which we had to pay for by the way?????? What cheap skate tactics!?!?!

When is this going to be sorted??? For a big company such as this, ITS DISGUSTING!!!
