GAMBLES WITH CLIENT SAFETY
Can someone at ADT please inform as to why there are ads.....in an emergency call!!!?. The alarm goes off and an automated fidelity call comes through, that runs an ad for at least 27 seconds before giving any emergency options and before hanging up...so it's actually longer than that. 20 seconds when my house is being broken into and my life is in danger is waay too long for an ad!! OR ANYTHING THAT DOESN'T HAVE TO DO WITH THE ALARM!.
You are being irresponsible with client safety and it needs to stop! Why are there ads?
