Fuel increase (again) ! Why must the customer pay for this ?

Dear ADT, as we all are in the same boat related to petrol, I just to a reminder that a R20 increase on my premium will take place from 1 April for fuel expenses on ADT's side.

Sadly I am not getting any increases randomly on my salary and need to budget.

Every time this happens, it goes up and stays at the rate, and even if fuel comes down, the premium still stays as it is.

Its not right doing this, putting this on the customer
