From Bad service to ********** debiting of my A/C!

Received bad service when trying to sign up with ADT, even wrote a complaint on Hellopeter, they responded to say someone would contact me, this has never happened and now they are debiting my account for a service they have not delivered and I cancelled with them anyway! This is unacceptable and costing me my time and bank fees to go and reverse the debit and stop it from going off in the future!
