********** Misleading Dishonesty Sales Person and Extremely Poor Service Adt

I received a quote form Angelique Myburgh the Sales person at ADT Direct Sales she provided me with Qoute fro R299,00 pm at the promo they had that I agreed to it took them 3 weeks with installation after many calls with her and her Manager . A week later later Adt account deduct R380 I think for installation and m monthly of R399 I have been trying to get hold of her but no answer I email the document and the payment I made of R299 to activate the service. For the past2-3month I had no feedback form her or adt
