It was on the 20th September 2019 when I requested Adt company at kzn to installed the alarm system at my house. All the equipment they installed I bought it from them as second hand. we agree After the installation they Will debit there amount of R1,500.00 once off. On the following day they debit R1,895.27. When I ask a guy who been here for all paper work his name is mlungise said I will get my refund after a week.

Nobody contact me or even update. When I called them the account department of adt were terrible attitude. Even today as I write this view I didn’t receive my money. And I’m going to sue them. How can you over charge customers and you don’t even have worried to refund my money back. Which is the way they run their business by **********. If I can’t get my money by tomorrow I swear the world will know this company better. And I don’t have trust any more with them.

Maybe I’m not the first customer who experiencing this horrible service. Social Media and network will take place. That’s not a joke or treat my money is my money
