Following up my query (almost 2 months later) ... is that acceptable ?

A representive of ADT came to see me, as the issue was serious.

Today (30-11-2018), I get a call from ADT's back office (Tel: ***), related to the query logged.

Its almost 2 months later to be honest ! How acceptable is that to be honest ?
