First ******ion now zero commitment
<p>I previously complained about ADT charging me for a problem that could have been rectified over the phone but they insisted on sending out an agent. After complaining on Hellopeter.com, I received a response, was eventually called and advised that instead of refunding me the charge, I would get this month's premium for free. Big on promises, ADT, zero on execution and delivery as surprise, surprise, you charged me this month. Clearly, the one hand in your offices do not know what the other hand is doing. This is absolutely disgraceful.</p>
