Fidelity Securedrive is TERRIBLE

I spoke to these people a week ago to remove my tracking system, they raise premiums without informing me or any correspondence whatsoever. They said they would send the forms but never did. Since then my bakkie started having a problem with the battery, which 2 auto electricians told me is caused by this tracking system. I phoned them again to ask that the system be removed since I am afraid it may further damage my battery, so what did they do? THEY HUNG UP ON ME. Now everytime I try to phone they disconnect me. These clown have clearly never heard of The Consumer Protection Act. Seems they wil need to be educated. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE PATHETIC AND SIMPLY RUDE.
