Fidelity SecureDrive is a ***** company (Do not use it...please take my advice)

They installed a tracker for my car on the 29th however the guy who was installing the tracker damaged my car (He installed it under the steering but there's a bolt that became loose and now i cant drive the car because the steering Knuckle is damaged)(they are so inconsiderate because a steering knuckle can cause a fatal accident but the guy tried to hide this...he basically didnt care what would happen to me if I drive the car.

Raised the matter with Fidelity securedrive and was told they will contact me however none of that happened and I have been calling them and I get told the same thing that a manager called JB will call me but none have happened. (To think that they sent me a marketing sales sms and i rep**** Yes and they called me within a few seconds...but when it comes to providing service to their client then they are no longer interested. (My advice to other people is FIDELITY SECUREDRIVE IS A ***** COMPANY and people must not even try using their tracker services (Their call centre agents laugh at you when they put you on hold and gossip about how we bother them with calling) They are so unwelcoming and dont care about your query (Unprofessional agents with bad attitudes and they dont know their own processes)(One of the agents was busy complaining about how we bother them with calls...She thought that I was on hold...they're clueless and unprofessional that they even forget to put you on hold whilst they gossip about the clients.

I curse the day I rep**** Yes to their marketing sales smses (I have no car for 2 weeks now because of installing their tracker.
